- My college faculty are experts in their fields, using engaging teaching methods that make complex concepts easy to understand.
- Our college has excellent infrastructure including classroom,lab, library etc
- Social interaction among student, teacher is strong.
Dislikes
- Early morning classes, strict rules and regulations.
- Excessive assignment and exam leading to stress.
Remarks :
Initially, I secured admission to Jist, but then I applied to AEC, as it is the top engineering college in Assam. AEC stands out for it's placement record, the faculty are highly experienced and knowledgeable.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I`d rate frequency of timing of exam as 9/10 , however sometimes exam causes stress. I'd rate for difficulty level as 6/10. Exam are challenging but manageable with proper preparation. Overall faculty is doing a great job.
Internships Opportunities :
Nrl,Oil and many other companies offered internship and placement opportunities to students across various discipline including engineering, technology etc. The college training and placement cell ensured that students are well prepared for this opportunities conducting training, mock interviews to develop their skill .
Placement Experience :
From the 3rd yr onwards we became eligible to apply for campus placement at our college. Some of the company that have visited our campus for placement include NRL,OIL and many others. Approximately 60% students from our college secured placement.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I have paid my college fees of Rs17,000. This amount is for one years. I also applied for the Pragati scholarship, that helps students with their education expenses. The amount of Pragati scholarship is RS 50,000. This scholarship will help me a lot in paying my fees.
Campus Life :
Our college hosts various events throughout the year including pyrokinesis which is a popular event among student. Additionally our college organise technical festival,sports event, workshop and many others etc
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel facility at our college is good providing comfortable for student to live and learn. The meal quality in the hostel mess is also commendable. The food is hygienically prepared and served. Students have the opinion to choose from vegetarian and non vegetarian meals.
Faculty :
Faculty and student relationship are good with open communication, . Our faculty provide notes, clearly explaining complex concept, making learning easier, and helping us prepare for exam effectively.

Placement Experience :
The placement at your college is strong, with about 80% of students getting placed in companies like Oil India, Bajaj, Amazon, Vedantu, and Byju's. As for my plans, i intend to take the GATE exam to deepen on my knowledge in my branch, mainly for research purposes,the students of 7th sem are eligible for the placements ,the highest package of our college was around 2500000 and the average package is around 500000.
