- The campus life at your college isn't very ideal. The college doesn't have a dedicated campus, and it's an open area where anyone can enter. Some people even have houses within the campus. While it's claimed to be a 400-acre campus, in reality, it's
- The faculty of our college is excellent, they are the most experience faculty of the Norteast
- The campus life nad infrastructure is not that good ,i hope that the college will work on it as soon as possible, even the street are devastative.

Remarks :
To enroll in Assam Engineering College, students must pass a merit-based exam called the Common Entrance Examination (CEE). Admission is based on the scores obtained in this state-level exam, which includes seven state engineering colleges. Students from other states can also gain admission using their JEE scores, entering through the CSAP round and JoSAA counseling. The college provides category-based benefits for SC, ST, OBC, and EWS candidates. The cutoff marks for the college typically range from 120 to 130 out of 480. Only the top-performing students in the entrance exam are admitted to the college. However, due to the category system, students with scores below. I was not able to crack jee exam due to my category i got around 91.7 percentile which clears the cutt off marks but i will not be albe to take admission on my desire branch so i didn't took admission on NIT.

However, due to the category system, students with scores below.The class test are difficulty as all the questions are conceptual, they all give real world experience of complex problem as all the engineer face in there life , the faculties are excellent they just teaches the concept in the best way and explain the importance of the topics too.
Internships Opportunities :
The internship at your college is strong, with about 80% of students getting internship in companies like Oil India, Bajaj, Amazon, Vedantu, and Byju's. Every group have there own task ,topics and project provide by the following internship companies and the mentor of the intership, after completing the internship the students are also suggest to give the presentation on in.
Placement Experience :
The placement at your college is strong, with about 80% of students getting placed in companies like Oil India, Bajaj, Amazon, Vedantu, and Byju's. As for my plans, i intend to take the GATE exam to deepen on my knowledge in my branch, mainly for research purposes,the students of 7th sem are eligible for the placements ,the highest package of our college was around 2500000 and the average package is around 500000.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure at our college includes an annual fee of ?33,000, which covers all necessary expenses such as transportation, college fest, tuition, and other related costs. In addition to this, there is a registration fee of ?4,500 and a lab fee of ?1,000. Our college also offers various scholarships to support students, including the Ishan Uday Scholarship, the Poor Fund Scholarship, and scholarships available for specific categories.
Campus Life :
The technical fest of our is named pyrokynesis. It's a 4 days long fest where alot of competition takes place like robo waar ,The bridge strength, the aerotech and etc.The facilities and technological provision within the classes are also good we have smart board's, projector in our class room to attend classes. Sports are also Good every hostel have there own tournaments in sports and college too.we have lot of clubs like the coding clubs , the robotics club ,the automobiles club and speaking skills club ,the jam club etc there are around 22 clubs in our college.
Hostel Facilities :
You opted for a hostel, where you had to fill out a form at the beginning of your admission to secure a room. The mess fees are around ?2,600 per month. Unfortunately, the hostel facilities aren't great—there are limited sports facilities, the buildings are not in good condition, and the rooms are small, with three students sharing a single room, which is quite frustrating.
Faculty :
In the Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering branch, the first year was manageable with basic subjects. However, the second year has been much more challenging due to the increased workload, including numerous labs, internal exams, and internships. The teaching staff is highly experienced, and they do a great job of explaining important topics. The exams are difficult, as they are concept-based with no repeated questions. The classical assessment tests are also tough, and many teachers provide open-book tests to help students pass. Every faculties of our college is Good on there own field i can't judge them as i am satisfied with there teaching skills and experience.
