- I like to mention those points which i liked in university ; 1)university has vast green campus. 2) since university in assam so climate has also play good role in making attractive campus
- Professors are also good.they are helpful for any students .80 percent Professors have done phd from iit,nit or some other foreign university
- People in campus are very friendly.There are also too many sports activities which you want to play.
Dislikes
- Placement areas is not too good .Not every students got placed
- Obviously mess food where university should work better.
- Some Professors has very vast knowledge about their subject but they are not good in delivering the subject

Course Curriculum Overview :
Relevance to career goals-course which i choose has vast employment in future Course content-topics which i study has also interesting to me. Teaching methods -Professors uses projector for teaching Faculty expertise - most Professors have done phd from iit or some other foreign university Curriculum has also designed like they can make you for real world application Areas of improvement -teaching methods where university should work.They should use innovative technology for teaching. Timing of exams -these are good.they keep testing you what they teached in class.difficulty of exams is moderate. Some papers are too difficult but some also come easy
Internships Opportunities :
In my department there are many company who provided internship.company offered stipend around 15000.Roles are you have to check the product quality. In 4th year we have to do projects in our department. You will get one project and then research on it.
Placement Experience :
In 7th semester students become eligible for placement.If you have maintained a good cgpa throughout the semester then your chances for placement are more .There are environment for gate preparation. And you can also prepare for cat exam or any other government exam.60 percent students get placed with a decent package. I am currently preparing for gate exam .i will go for further studies. In cse branch highest package is 39 lakh Ece branch highest package is 28 lakh Highest package of my branch is 10 lakh Average package of all engineering branch is 5 lpa
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
My full Course fees is 225144.I don't know much about Course fees hike. 1200 hundred charges for my lab activities Scholarship are only available for north -east students Some scholarship are also for other state like nsp Phd students have responsibility to teach bachelor student about their laboratories
Campus Life :
Tech xetra is biggest fest of our university. There are also many science fest held. Generally tech xetra is held in november. We have also central library of tezpur university. We can access books and journals for 15 days.after 15 days you have to pay 3 rupees per day. There are sports club,drama club ,music and dance club and photography club. Every year you wil get a chance to participate in any club.
Hostel Facilities :
We have provided two room sitter.you will get one almirah,bed,chair and study table.you will get a water facilities at the same floor We also have a small food shop in our hostel Now ,talking about mess food this is the area where university should improve his mess food quality. Highlighting the problem in mess is rice .Rice is the main meal in assam you will get 3 times rice in a day.except rice food is good. Registration process for hostel is simple .you have to only submit fees,Registration copy at the time Admission then you will get Admission in hostel. Talking about mess fees around 2500 hostel to hostel
Faculty :
Faculty of our department are well qualified. They have mostly done phd from iit or some other foreign university. Their approach to teaching -this is the points where university or education system should work.students can interact with Professors at any time. They give freedom to students to ask questions either in classroom or cabin
