Likes
- The campus is newly built and the environment is preety good.
- The rooms are properly maintained and built.
- The college is completely air conditioned centralised.
Dislikes
- The facilities are less due to new campus.
- The connectivity is really are great concern.
- Facilities like gym, sports complex are not there.
Remarks :
I prefer this college as I got CSE department and the campus is close to my hometown.The admission process is started after second round of josaa and is properly organised by the management of iiit kota.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum for the CSE and ece department are well maintained and organised and is accordance to the industry level.Not only technical things are in curriculum but also communication skills also improve through curriculum.
Internships Opportunities :
There is no direct internship provided by the company.But good companies like meesho , Amazon,gamecraft, Flipkart, Google, Microsoft come for the placement, recently 8 students got placed in meesho at Bengaluru.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees for the iiit kota is 111000 per semester for general and ews candidates and 38000 is hostel fees per semester. Scholership are applicable but only one per year.The average placement for CSE branch is 12.71 lakhs.
Campus Life :
The overall experience with iiit kota is above average.The campus is in development phase so we don't expect much facilities.The Library is preety good and there will be a central Library in second phase of construction.
Hostel Facilities :
There is availability of triple, double and single sharing room with proper amount of lights and fans in the room.The food quality is above average but it degraded over time.There is no availablity of pg near the campus.
Faculty :
Facilities at present time is sufficient,labs are well equipped with equipment,the college is developing day by day.ECE faculties are great.Some faculties are new but they are improving day by day.The exam level are moderate and help twice a semester.

I choose civil branch because I had interest in practical things and I love physics too and civil branch Is very renowned branch of rtu and also professors are very well qualified from iits ,nits etc so civil is best for me

The the colleges average package is 3 to 4 lakh . the comany come in my college are in great no. but they only want skill people so majority of student is not placed.20% student are get placed.i prepare for govt. job. after degree.

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is outdated means the main language required forgetting a job is (java,c++) they are very important to get a job.and also important to start DSA with them.but college teach DSA from c that is not important.

Campus placement drive starts from the beginning of 4th year. Many companies visit with various offeres . The highest package is 51lpa and average package is 9lpa. My plans after getting degree is to get a decent placement.

Curriculum is comprehensive covering core subjects, such a Statistics Probability and everything the course I find very relevant and I am enroll myself in artificial intelligence and data science course in Computer Science and Engineering field.

The students become eligible from the end of third year or wholly from the beginning of fourth year or more. Companies visited are mainly tech based such as tata, Mahindra, asus, intel, Siemens,drdo, and many more. Highest package yet is 44lpa and that was an off campus placement.

The course is mechanical engineering.its kind of a hard subject but if studied properly it's actually good. The terminologies and the mechanism behind things is way too grand but necessary too. Overall it's a good branch but includes alot of physics and maths and practical learning and knowledge.
