Remarks :
Admission is taken in the basis of jee mains rank. I got this college Ece branch in CSAB 2nd round at gen rank 48000 . That is closing rank. There are step varification process for admission.You are required to orginal as well as duplicate copy of documents.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Our course curriculum is very good on the basis of placement need . It has covered all the important subjects and It will relevant for industry at least upcoming 10 years. I think it is best curriculum
Internships Opportunities :
Amazon offered internship for 20 students as software developer. There are ample opportunities for internship due to the vast network of teachers and alumnis. The basic one cloning of famous apps and cold mailing and contributing in GitHub.
Placement Experience :
From 7th semester students are eligible to sit in placement rounds.Some famous like Infosys, TCS, Amazon, Adobe, Samsung,meesho, Google etc. companies hites our college students.Highest package is 53.6LPA , avarage package 12LPA, median ece package 8LPA. 75% placed. I am also thinking for better offer.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I am gen catagory and 2023-24 batch tution fee is 111000 per sem and hostel fee is 38000 .It is increased this year by 800 . Caution money is 20000.there are many private and government scholarship that are mentioned on the iiit kota official website
Campus Life :
Tech fest in the month of February and in the occasion of Navaratri garba night fest and Ganesh chaturthi and Dashahra.They do not have novels for die hard readers but they have technical stuff.We have facility of projectors in our classroom.No sports facilities present at the time. They are several cultural and technical clubs mentioned in the iiit kota website
Hostel Facilities :
One window,one table,one table lamp,3 portals, ethernet lan,1 fan,24 hours hot and cold water and 1 cupboard and 1 single bed. Good meal quality.Menu has enough diversification and sometimes it provides quality desert. You have to submit your fee receipt for registration.
Faculty :
There is lack of faculty staff. They all are in academics as well as administrative department.That impacts bad for a student in case of availablity and taking responsibility of their actions.they just move on that it's not my responsibility.

The the colleges average package is 3 to 4 lakh . the comany come in my college are in great no. but they only want skill people so majority of student is not placed.20% student are get placed.i prepare for govt. job. after degree.

The course curriculum is outdated means the main language required forgetting a job is (java,c++) they are very important to get a job.and also important to start DSA with them.but college teach DSA from c that is not important.

Campus placement drive starts from the beginning of 4th year. Many companies visit with various offeres . The highest package is 51lpa and average package is 9lpa. My plans after getting degree is to get a decent placement.

The course is mechanical engineering.its kind of a hard subject but if studied properly it's actually good. The terminologies and the mechanism behind things is way too grand but necessary too. Overall it's a good branch but includes alot of physics and maths and practical learning and knowledge.
