- Faculty is what I liked a little bit because they well trained and experienced they know what to tell students to study and what will get them to secure good marks their teaching method is goodand they provide some real life examples also .
- Placement cell has well trained faculty and they are helping students from 1 St year onwards to make them ready for placement rounds till they come to 4 th year
- Clubs of the college are really good and hard working they strive hard to prove their importance and enhance ones experience.They are really fun and exciting.
Dislikes
- Sports facilities there are limited space for sports not a proper ground and timings are also very less for playing like 5 to 8 pm on academic days
- Hostels as there are many restrictions in the hostel like they fine 1000₹ for any just small mistakes and they are not well furnished.
- Area of the college is very less so that's why there are less place for sports ground for every individual sports .
Remarks :
I took admission on basis of jee mains percentile and cutoff varies every year so one can check from last year cutoff on category wise and there are direct admission also on basis of 12 th marks they one should have a average of 90+ in physics chemistry and mathematics including computer for CSE branch here and application fees is taken in category wise, exams are held every month to prepare you for your main exam .
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course of all the aktu colleges are same and is old too much and hasn't changed since then so teachers already know about the limited topic yat what will come many topics are useless and this study won't make you a industry ready person you have to do on your own exams are being held every month to make you prepare for the main exam.
Placement Experience :
Students as I asked from my seniors it was after 5 th semester they were eligible to sit in placement rounds but your image should be good and no bad record like low attendance and all. Companies like TCS, WIPRO and FLIPKART visit us for campus placement and students can apply for off campus placement average was 7.5? lkh this year last year it was 8 lkh per annum and 75 % students were placed this year .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Starting from 1 St year I paid 1,40,000 as my academic fees and registration money was 20000? for general/obc and 12000? for sc/st scholarships are provided on basis of family income yearly should be less than 4 lkh per annum and it is provided category wise like for obc around 57-60000? and sc 100000? and it is credited in your account after 6 months approx and 2 nd year onwards I will be paying 1,37,000? as my tution fees and 1,04,000 ? for hostel and mess and each year tution fees is reduced by some amount so total of 10 lkh for total 4 years is the fees for KIET
Campus Life :
Campus Life is not good for any sports lover it's not a good choice , Yearly annual fest like epoque is being held on good level like celebrity is called and all students have fun during those 3 days and all the clubs participate for competition social network is good in college and clubs help you to make good connection with people.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel rooms of 1 St year students are good but after 1 St year every hostel is small and have cleaned washroom daily as many students might use it .mess food quality is good but they will give some items limited time hostel are allotted during payment of academic fees if you want hostel then they will allot you and then you have to pay the fees .
Faculty :
The faculty of KIET group of institutions are well qualified and experienced they strive hard for students benefit so that they can score good internal marks and attendance so that they don't have to worry about anything they take extra classes for better results and they wait extra hours for students who have doubt one can directly approach and ask their doubts in teachers respective cabins if they are not comfortable in asking the doubt in the class .They try their best so that every student understand the topic completely.
