- the campus is really pretty and has a good scenery of moutains

- the campus is 400 acres so you can never fully view

- the food supplied at the mess is really bad
- the hostel facilities is really bad one room 4 people with no attached bathroom
- the bathroom for hostel people is indian toilet and not european
Remarks :
The admission process was like around the aoap portal. Its a portal owned by Amruta through which we can pay the first year fees And we have to write the AEE Which happens like three times a year. And if we pass the cut off for us, the cut off wasn't announced. So we don't know how much the cut off will be So we can click to get around computer science engineering. We need to be around in the thousand, one thousand rank The reservation benefits, so I am not able to give that information because I am general category
Course Curriculum Overview :
The department is really, really nice And the management is very good at helping the students find their problems and their solutions The curriculum is a little bit difficult for us, but after some time, we will get used to it and understand the way on which how we should do it
Internships Opportunities :
As I'm currently second day student, I do not have any internships. So I am planning to do one after my 4th semester. I will get a 2 month break and the internships offered by the college will be around 5th semester. So if you want to do one overall cells, we can do it anytime. If we get a summary, we can do it whenever we want. The college will only offer it during the 3rd year and not anytime before it. We have to find it on ourselves. And we can do it and work on add on our cv
Placement Experience :
So I am currently a second deer and the placement starred at 3rd year. That is like the, what? 6th sem And before that, we have to do our internships, which is really mandatory The placements offered for me, for the people I know, one guy I knew got like 13LPA And another guy also got like 10 lpa, the max for today. The campus placement guy came was around 20 lpa We also get very big companies like Bosch and Mahindra and Roy Enfield
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure for me for mechanical department is 3.5 lakhs And the hostel fees, including the mess and their hostel, is like around 1.5 lakhs So for me, I did not get any other financial assistance or campus employment opportunities. I just got small level 4 scholarship
Campus Life :
The campus life is really amazing here because every time can see many lots of students like us running around here and there doing their work, talking, chatting, everything It is actually a really good environment. If you are an introvert, it will be difficult to come out. But after sometime, it will be easy, and you can minkle on your social level satellites and social life will be very, very nice
Hostel Facilities :
I have chosen an opted for the hostel facility, and it is really, really bad. I have to say, the only problem in joining Amrita will be the hostel. The bathrooms, the food, the rooms, everything is really suppar. And I wish that they would change it, because you are always complaining about the hostel food, which often find insects and stuff. And of course, the hostel rooms for my room. There is like four other people really cramped up. And for the amount we are paying, we can get a good paying guest cottage outside the college
Faculty :
the facukty most of them are malayalis and tamilians but are very much qulified like from indian institue of technology and from many other top colleges and all of them are phd docterates and are reallly brightliant and insightful

From the 5th semester the students are eligible for placement training. The students can also try off campus placements even in their 2 nd year. There are many companies visiting our college.some of them are cognizant, Zoho , Infosys and so on. The average package is 6.5 lakhs per annum and highest package is 33 to 35 lakhs per annum. My plan after degree is to place in a reputed company.
