After completion of intermediate as if you are preparing for jee. Aeee exam will not be that difficult but the problem is most of the exam centers are allowing the students to copy the exam. so it is very difficult to get a good rank. But when you enter the college with your own rank, you can be a topper. Getting seat in amrita with JEE is difficult AEEE is better when compared to JEE.
The curriculum is Perfect. the curriculum is similar to many good universities There will be mid & sem exams with medium dificulty. If you prepare well before exams that's enough for getting good gpa.
Amrita is always good at placements. The reason for me joining this college is placements. But they are also declining gradually. But for now there is no issue with placements in amrita university. for cse related branches placements are really good.
I got seat in slab-3 which is 3,50,000 per year. so i will pay 3,50,000 per year. caution deposit will be 10,000 should be paid once. The course fee will not change for 4 years. But fee structure is changing yearly so for my juniors it will increase not for me. If you get a good rank in AEEE you can get the sear for less fee. But for non-scholarship fee will be 6,00,000 per year for my batch and it's increasing gradually.
There will be only 2 events per year. one is gokulastami and other is Anokha, a tech fest. some cultural events took place on gokulastami and tech exhibitions will be there at anokha. Don't expect more than that.

In my branch most of the faculty are good. But some are there they don't know anything they just do some research on something they write some reasearch papers. Then they will take a subject and start teaching. they don't know the subject. They will just read out the ppts.
i choose the course because of its comprehensive curriculum which emphasizes both theoritical knowledge and pratical application. the inclusion of advanced modules in the mathematics was particularly appealing to me.

How do you perceive a good curriculum? Do you think your curriculum is good? Why or why not? Curriculum is essential to guide teachers in what to teach, how much depth of knowledge is needed for that grade, and a a timeline to follow so the year will be completed. Curriculum needs to focus on what you can do with information rather than the information itself. I wouldn’t eliminate content, without background we cannot form good, rational, and educated conclusions. We are still giving timed tests in math facts! I know that’s traditional, but it just isn’t as important. My era had no calculators and we needed to be proficient at paper and pencil solutions, but now, perfect calculations are available to everyone. We should focus on what kinds of problems can be solved with mathematics. Spelling is equally less important. Vocabulary should be stressed. My sister years ago was taking a test for a personal assistant position where she was asked to type a large number of words per minute err
Students typically become eligible for campus placements starting from their 6th semester of the undergraduate program. This timing aligns with the academic calendar, allowing students to complete the majority of their coursework and gain substantial technical and soft skills relevant to their field of study. By the 6th semester, students have usually covered core subjects and elective courses essential for their discipline, enabling them to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of their field during interviews and assessments. Additionally, this period allows students to participate in internships, projects, and extra-curricular activities, which enhance their practical experience and employability. Before the placement season begins, students often undergo training sessions provided by the college, focusing on resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills development. These preparatory sessions are crucial for effectively showcasing their competencies and securing job
In our university the marks is evaluated in the system like 70-30 l 70 marks for internals like quiz, assignmenta, presentation.
