I chose Hindusthan Institute of Technology (HITECH) over other colleges for several reasons, primarily due to its strong placement record, infrastructure, and proximity to home. **Colleges Applied To:** I applied to *PSG College of Technology*, *Coimbatore Institute of Technology (CIT)*, and *Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology (SKCET)*. I received confirmed admissions from SKCET and HITECH. **Reasons for Choosing HITECH:** 1. **Placement Opportunities:** HITECH’s active placement cell and strong industry connections were key factors. They regularly bring in companies like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro, which was appealing. 2. **Infrastructure:** The modern labs, Wi-Fi-enabled campus, and well-stocked library were better at HITECH compared to SKCET. 3. **Proximity:** Being closer to home allowed me to save on living expenses and maintain a better work-life balance. **Rejected Applications:** I did not secure admission at PSG College of Technology and CIT. In our university the marks is evaluated in the system like 70-30 l 70 marks for internals like quiz, assignmenta, presentation. The faculty will give a task to develop a capstone project,so it improves our standards. Some of the faculty should be expertise in the various areas like in other coding languages. Exams would be mid semester and end semester exams.

some time placements are from 3rd year and it could be at 4th year as i'm still 2nd year at present i have no much idea about it but you'll get internship offers and other offers and based on your resume you'll get job based on you performance and the percentage of placements of students is 95. and no of companies are arounf 115 to 120 companies and the average package is 2.5 lakhs

Amrita is always good at placements. The reason for me joining this college is placements. But they are also declining gradually. But for now there is no issue with placements in amrita university. for cse related branches placements are really good.

They displayed some 15 companies in the entrance of our college that those who were taken placement from our college. Bt the truth is there only some 3 or four companies will be offered like dassault aviation , haritha, TVS.
