My Opinion about clg
Likes
- The most Liked thuing about the college is the Environment and Plantation in the college campus.
- The istitute has upgraded syllabus as compared to other institutes in Chhattisgarh
- BIT'Durg is well connected to central main railline,highway,etc
Dislikes
- One of the most common thing that is hated in every college is attendence policy
- If your attendence is below 80 prercent your final screcard will be affected
- Some subjects are common to all branches in first year that are of no use in further studies
Remarks :
In order to take admission inn Bhilai Institute of Technology,Durg one needs to appear for CG-PET Examination and JEE-Mains scores are also considered. Besides this backdoor entries are also taken in the institute.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum of the institute is quite updated as compared to other colleges in the state . The curriculum is nither to long or too short. It is enough to give a basic idea of the subject to the student but one thing that oan individual must know before taking admission is that 80 % of the knowledge can only be gained by self efforts and you cant rely completely on institute.
Placement Experience :
The placements of the the college are quite below satisfactory. Companies like Accenture,TCS and other do visit the campus but most of the student prefer to appear for GATE examination in order to do masters for IITs.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Overall the tution fee of the complete B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering is about 3.2 lakh and there are various Scholarships for different Students and these scholarships can be viewed on official website of BIT'Durg/.
Campus Life :
The campus life of Bhilai Institute of Technology is quite boaring because Campus hi bahut chota sa hai. One can enjoy with their friends after college but you will barely get time for all this due to assignments and file completion.
Faculty :
Some of the faculties and the Professors are highly qualified and have a vast knowledge and command on thier subject but some professors dont even know much properly about their own subject in first year.
