- Good opportunities are provide for students, you just need to grab them.
- Faculties are serious towards syllabus complition
Dislikes
- No social life for home city people only hostel people enjoy college to the fullest.
- Limited hostel seats. Every nit in this country has a compulsory rule of students living in hostel. But his college doesn't even have a proper hostel.
Remarks :
I knew I couldn't get any other college so I never applied for them. But if you compare this college with the others, this college lacks behind in a lot of aspects. Even the faculties knows that compared to others, this college sucks.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Very relevant course. The thing is, the course is selected very thoughtfully and is reliable. If you put the effort, you will definitely get the results. But looking at the foul system and lack of resources, it is very hard to take interest. But if you do, it will definitely benefit you.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship provided by college are branch specific. This means that if you are a metallurgy student you only get internship in that branch. You cannot take internship (provided by college) in IT OR CSE. Internship starts at your 3rd year.
Placement Experience :
Campus placements are decent. It's one of the few things this college is known for. Even in the branch like metallurgy, placement percentage are decent. Highest packages even cross 50 lakhs mark. So overall the placement in this college is good.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The year wise fees is approx 1,40,000 (70,000 per semester) for general students whose family income is above 5 lakhs. For Genera EWS (family income between 1-5 lakhs) tution fees is reduced by 2/3. i.e they only have to pay 1/3rd of the fees. For OBC non creamy layer, sc/st and general with family income below 1 lakh, there is no tution fees.
Campus Life :
There are several clubs and committies formed by students. They organise different different events which are fun. The campus infrastructure, on the other hand, sucks, straight up. No proper play ground. There is one, but it doesn't have any grass and is filled with unbearable dust. So if you are a sport enthusiast, don't take admission here.
Faculty :
Good faculties, very well informed and insightful. But, most of them lack the most important thing that a teacher should behold, communication skills. It pains us to even try to understand what the teacher is saying, let alone comprehend the subject.

Placement Experience :
the placement in the college are decent amidst the recession. They have gone down, but not to the extent, the extent of other colleges. But if you train hard you will get a placement this year there was a placement of 1.5 CR which was quite good and it hasn't been covered in the brochure.

from 4th year u are eligible for the placements . Many Indian and MNC companies visited and last year a total of 100+ offers were made Highest Package was 85LPA offered by accenture and average was 15 - 16LPA 70 80% students were placed other went for govy exams and higher studies. My plan is also to get a good paying job .

Placement Experience :
The placements of the the college are quite below satisfactory. Companies like Accenture,TCS and other do visit the campus but most of the student prefer to appear for GATE examination in order to do masters for IITs.
