While AICTE does not release an official CMAT 2021 cutoff to shortlist applicants, Great Lakes announces its individual cutoff. Also, many coaching centers release the expected CMAT Cutoff 2021 at their websites. Going by the past year trends, a minimum score of 180 is required to get an interview call from GLIM.

Most likely, this year’s cutoff will release in the third week of February 2021, once CMAT Result is declared on February 7, 2021. CMAT cutoff is the first level of screening of candidates for admission to MBA or PGDM program in GLIM. Eligibility Criteria for Great Lakes

It is mandatory to qualify any of the exams among GMAT, CAT 2018/2019, XAT 2019/2020, CMAT 2019/2020. 

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)

  1. Applicant should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (10+2+3) from a recognized university. 
  2. Work experience is not compulsory for this program.
  3. Fresh graduates or candidates in the final year of graduation can also apply.
  4. Graduates up to 5 years of work experience can apply.

Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM)

  1. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university in India or abroad. 
  2. They must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
  3. Previous academic performance, extra-curricular activities, achievements are also taken into consideration.

Post Graduate Certificate in International Management (PGCIM)

  1. Applicants must hold Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university in India or abroad. 
  2. They must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience.

CMAT Selection Procedure 2021

CMAT Selection Procedure 2021

After the release of CMAT Cutoff, GLIM begins its selection procedure. It comprises of:

  1. Group Discussion (GD)
  2. Personal Interview (PI) or Written Ability Test (WAT)

Applicants will be given admission on the basis of their performance in these rounds. Selected candidates will participate in CMAT Counselling, expected to begin from March 2021.
