Ques. Is CMAT Syllabus the same as that of CAT exam?
Ans. Yes, the syllabus of CMAT is the same as that of CAT for Quant, LRDI, and Verbal Ability. However, the section on General Awareness and Innovation & Entrepreneurship is not a part of CAT exam.
Ques. Is CMAT easier to prepare for than CAT?
Ans. Yes, CMAT is comparatively easier than CAT. The overall difficulty level of CMAT is easy to moderate while that of CAT is moderate to high. Also, there is a negative marking to the extent of 33% in CAT exam as opposed to 25% in CMAT.
