These areas include brain research, neurobehavioral study of animals, neuronal plasticity, natural product, nutritional deficiency, embryology, phytomedicine, degenerative diseases, free radical-antioxidant interaction in biological system, cardiovascular research, obesity, exercise physiology, reproductive physiology and radiation bioeffects. Some research is done in collaborations with other departments in Faculty of Health Sciences or faculties (e.g. Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Applied Sciences and Faculty of Pharmacy). Research undertaken for this degree contains an element of originality and it is important that the work be scientifically valid, carefully analyzed, and well presented. Students with a bachelor degree in any health-related disciplines or sciences and are committed in doing research are encouraged to apply.
