Universiti Sains Malaysia Campus

Universiti Sains Malaysia initially started teaching from the premises of the Malayan Teachers Training College in Bukit Gelugor. The campus of USM is currently based in Minden which is around 9.7 kms away from Georgetown. The campus stretches across an area of 417 hectares.

The university has 3 campuses - the main campus in Penang Island, the Engineering campus in Nibong Tebal and the Health campus in Kubang Kerian.
