MBA (Construction Business) programme is offered by the Kulliyyah of Architecture and Environmental Design (KAED), International Islamic University Malaysia. The programme is designed to expose construction industry professionals to the business and management skills and to complement their technical skills as professionals. The curriculum combines management and construction core courses that provides the platform for students to learn and improve their management and business skills towards better career development and other future endeavors.

At the end of this programme, the student will be able to manage and maintain buildings and facilities using methods and tools taught in the programme; solve problems related to building maintenance and management; evaluate the building performance in terms of energy, indoor air quality etc; lastly develop leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and awareness through working involvement in discussions, site visits and presentation.?
