    NIPER JEE 2023 Admit Card (June 10), Exam Centers, Important Instructions

    NIPER JEE 2023 Admit Card is going to be released on June 10, 2023, on the official website. Candidates who have successfully registered for NIPER JEE 2023 will be issued admit cards by the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER). They can access the Admit Card for NIPER JEE 2023 by downloading it from the official website.

    The organizing body will also send a soft copy of the admit card via mail to candidates on their registered email ID.

    • No applicant will receive the hall ticket by post.
    • Applicants can log on to the official website and enter their Registration Number and Password to download the admit card.

    • Each student must have at least 1 copy of the hall ticket which should be brought to the exam center.
    • No student will be allowed to enter the exam center without their hall ticket.
    • Admit cards will be verified by the invigilators present at the exam venue. In case there is any discrepancy in NIPER JEE 2023 Admit Card, the organizing authority should be notified immediately.

    How to Download NIPER JEE 2023 Admit Card?

    NIPER JEE 2023 Admit card is an enabling document which displays the candidature and assigned roll number of the individual. Only those candidates who have successfully registered for the exam and have paid the requisite fees will be issued admit cards. It can be downloaded from the official website of NIPER.

    Admit cards will also be sent to the registered email ID of applicants given during registration. However, candidates should note that hall tickets will not be sent by post to any individual. Applicants who fail to produce their NIPER JEE 2023 admit card at the exam center will not be able to appear for the exam and will be disqualified. They must carry a copy of the hall ticket which will be duly signed by the invigilator. NIPER JEE 2023 Admit Card can be downloaded by following these steps:

    • Log on to the official website of NIPER.
    • Click on the Notification tab. Search for the link of ‘NIPER JEE 2023 Admit Card’ and click on it.
    • Students will be required to enter their login credentials on the page that opens. Enter the registration number, date of birth and verification code given in the space provided.
    • NIPER JEE 2023 Admit Card will open in the form of a PDF file. Download it.
    • Save the soft copy and print out two copies of the hall ticket.

    Aspirants must verify the details given on the admit card before downloading it. They must ensure that the information provided is correct and visible properly. During the examination, the invigilator will check the details given on the admit card to verify the identity of the applicant.     NIPER JEE 2023 Admit Card is an important and mandatory document which aspirants will have to carry to the examination hall. However, in addition to the hall ticket, applicants will also be required to carry a government-issued identity proof or identity card. The information provided on NIPER JEE 2023 Admit Card and the identity proof will be verified by the invigilator. Hence, candidates must make sure that the details mentioned on both are same. They can show any one of the following documents as photo identity proof:

    NIPER JEE Instructions

    NIPER JEE Exam Day Instructions

    NIPER JEE 2023 Admit card will also have a list of instructions which all candidates must read carefully and follow. Students must follow certain rules and regulations to ensure smooth running of the exam procedure:

    • Candidates must report to their designated NIPER JEE 2023 center 30-45 minutes before the exam commences.
    • They must bring a copy of their admit card, original identity proof, a photograph and stationery as permitted.
    • Applicants should not tamper with the admit card or try to modify any entry made therein after it is authenticated.
    • NIPER JEE 2023 Admit Card is not transferable to any other person. Any such act of impersonation will be punished accordingly.
    • Items like calculators and log tables, electronic watches with facilities of calculator, bits of paper, mobile phones or pagers are prohibited and should not be brought to the exam hall.
    • Applicants must use the optical response sheet to mark their answers. The computer screen will also show the time left for the examination to get over. The test will close automatically after the exam duration of 2 hours.
    • Individuals can approach the Invigilator or Centre Supervisor present in the exam hall for any technical assistance, first aid emergency, or any information regarding the online exam.
    • Candidates will not be permitted to leave the exam hall before the exam time is concluded.
    • NIPER JEE 2023 Admit cards should be produced during the counseling process and must be preserved till the entire admission process is over.
    • Candidates requesting PwD relief must submit required documents to prove the same.
    • Candidates can bring a personal transparent water bottle, personal hand sanitiser (50 ml), a transparent Ball Point Pen.
    • Footwear with heavy soles and clothes with big button can not be worn. Traditional clothing is recommended.
