CUET PG Application Process
Steps to Fill Up CUET PG Application Form 2023
The application form for CUET PG 2023 are accepted online via the official website of NTA. Before commencing the registration process, a candidate must carry documents such as passport-size photographs and signatures. Kindly refer to the step-wise process to fill CUET PG application form:
Step 1: Registration- Visit the official website of CUET 2023 i.e. cuet.nta.nic.in. Click on the tab that says ‘New Registrations’ and read all the instructions provided carefully.
Step 2: Filling Out Registration Form- Applicants need to fill up the following information
- Candidate’s Name
- Father’s Name
- Mother’s Name
- Guardian’s Name
- Present Address
After filling the required information, candidates need to choose a password of minimum 8 characters. And select a security question. Candidates should choose the most generic question, so it would be easily remembered. This step will be concluded by entering the security pin.
Step 3: Preview the personal information- The personal details, address provided by the candidates need to be previewed before submitting. Candidates can also edit the details (if required) by clicking on the ‘Edit Registration Details’ button.
The submission of CUET Registration Form can be done by clicking on the ‘Submit and send OTP to Mobile’.
Step 4: Verification of OTP- Applicant has to complete the OTP verification process. OTP will be received on the registered mobile number/Email id of the Applicant.
Applicants will receive the CUET Application Form number after the successful verification of the OTP on their registered mobile number/Email id.
NOTE: Candidates are advised to note the application form number for the future reference. Everytime you need to login in your application you will require this registration number.
Step 5: Login- Candidates need to login into their accounts by using their newly generated application number and password. After successfully login click on the ‘ Continue Application Form’ button.
Step 6: Complete CUET Application Form- Candidates need to complete their application form by filling up the other personal details.
Step 7: Filling out the Education Details- While filling the educational details, candidates are advised to keep their documents in hand.
Step 8: University/Programme Selection Section- Candidates have to select the University name & programme offered by the selected University. Candidates can also deselect the selection by clicking on the Remove button present against each University and Programme selected.
Post selecting the University and the programme offered by them, candidates need to update the programme form.
Step 9: Test Paper/ Subject Selection- Candidates have to select the test paper/subject for the First & Second slot of CUET 2023 exam. It advised to read the information bulletin of the respective University before test paper/subject selection.
Step 10: Examination Center Selection- Candidates can select the four cities as their CUET examination center on the basis of their preferences. Click the “save” button to proceed further.
Step 11: Uploading Section- In this section, candidates have to upload the supporting documents for the details mentioned in the application form. The documents need to be uploaded in the provided format.
- Photographs and Signature are required in jpg. Or jpeg. Image format.
- File size of photo must be within 10 kb to 200kb limit.
- File size of signature must be within the 4kb to 35 kb limit.
- Document/Marksheet/Certificate must be in pdf format within the 50 kb to 300 kb limit.
The “delete” button is provided to delete the wrongly uploaded photo, signature & documents of the applicant.
Step 12: Preview the Complete CUET Application Form- Candidates are required to view and update the application form before the application fee payment. Once all the details are verified check all the uploaded documents using the view button in the ‘Uploaded Scanned Files’ section.
After confirming click on checkboxes near the Particulars Checklist to be Verified to confirm your acknowledgement on all the details furnished.
Step 13: Email Confirmation- Candidates need to confirm their Email ID before proceeding for CUET Application Fee Payment.
Step 14: CUET Application Fee Payment- The application fee will be automatically fetched on the basis of test paper selection.
Step 15: Print Confirmation Page- Candidates need to download the confirmation page for future reference.
CUET PG 2023 Application Fee
CUET PG application fee depends upon the nationality and Category of the candidates. For Indian students, INR 800 is to paid by General/Unreserved candidates, INR 600 to be paid by EWS or OBC-NCL, INR 550 to be paid by SC/ST, and INR 500 to be paid by PwD candidates. For Non-Indian candidates the application fee costs up to INR 4000. Kindly follow the below-mentioned table, shows the application fee details as per Category of the students-

CUET PG Application Form Correction
Candidates are allowed to edit their CUET PG Application Form 2023 for a limited period of time. It could be done by logging in with the candidate’s login ID and password. Candidates can CUET exam centers – since NTA has recently added 2 new exam centers, therefore candidates are allowed to edit the exam center details.
Please note that candidates will not be allowed to edit the following details
- Name
- Category
- Email Id
- Date of Birth
Candidates must note that once they have paid the application fee, CUET online form cannot be edited. After completing the payment, candidates could also add additional courses of their choice by paying an additional amount of the same fee. They could however not exceed three courses.
