M.Phil is a one year course after masters in relevant fields. The course includes both the theoretical and practical aspects of statistics and other work like collection of data, interpretation and verification of data.

The eligibility criterion for the course Master of Philosophy in Statistics is a Master’s degree examination with at least 55% marks from a recognized institute with a Statistics stream. 5% moderation is for reserved categories.
