  • Since there is no common entrance exam and counselling procedure, you have to choose a college according to your convenience and preference and then apply for it.
  • Before seeking admission in any institute for doing a course, it is essential to know of all the best sources available.
  • Apply on the official website of the college or institute in which you want to undertake admission.
  • Fill the form and upload the necessary documents.
  • Appear for the exams if there are any.
  • Qualify the exam and apply for the counselling process.

BVoc Admission 2023: Step-by-Step Guide

A step-by-step explanation of the application process for the BVoc course is below:

  • Look through all the available options (colleges that provide BVoc courses) and set one or more as the target.
  • Contact the admissions team of the institute/s that you have preferred. Do not seek information regarding this from any other sources because the admission process differs for different colleges.
  • The admissions team will give you information on what to do to apply for this course in their college.
  • If the college has a provision of direct admission, all you have to do is reserve your seat with a certain admission amount and submit all required documents.
  • Some of the institutes prefer to use entrance exams as the method of selection. Contact the institute's admissions group to know if the entrance exam is acceptable to them.
  • Check for the registration and examination date from that list and register for those exams when the application form comes.
  • After appearing for the exam, wait for the results.
  • Soon after the results are released a counseling program will be held. On getting selected, you will be called for document submission.
  • After the document submission processes, you will have to pay the admissions fee and semester or annual fee.

BVoc Admission Tips 2023

The key to getting through the BVoc admission process is to score well in class 10th and class 12th exams. Most of the institutes providing BVoc courses consider only Matriculation or Secondary Higher Education marks, and so making the most of these exams is essential to get through the admission process of this course.

  • Few colleges conduct Entrance Exams too.
  • The entrance exam for different colleges is different and so are their question papers. Be aware of the pattern and syllabus before attempting the exam.
  • Focus on NCERT books because almost 70% of all questions come from NCERT books.
  • Do not refer to too many books because getting puzzled is the last thing you want.
  • Check out videos of interviews of students who cracked the exam.
  • Always prepare notes. It improves memory power and helps in revision.
  • Prepare from the previous year's question papers and attempt as many mock tests as possible.
  • Mock tests give a clear idea of your pros and cons like time management, accuracy, speed, and persistence.
  • Create a timetable and follow it very strictly and always be open to modifying it according to your daily situations.
  • Keep revising full chapters regularly.
