Aspirants seeking admission to the Program should meet the following criteria as

Academic Requirement:

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology following a four-year engineering/technology or 4/5 year science degree or equivalent degree of not less than four years’ duration.

AND

At least one of the following:

• Awarded a national-level fellowship tenable at CSIR institutes
• Qualifying all the conditions required for eligibility for the CSIR-SRF, or CSIR-GATE-JRF
• Qualifying the conditions for award of the INSPIRE fellowship (typically awarded to students ranked first in the University)
• Qualifying the conditions stipulated by AcSIR for industry-sponsored *students
• A valid GATE score, or CGPA, 8.0 from a CFTI at the BE-level examination
