Integrated Ph.D. program	Eligibility: Completion of a bachelor’s degree in any branch of science.A student with a minimum of 60 % marks in aggregate or CGPA 6 in B.Sc./B.Tech/B.E. or any equivalent degree, Selection Criteria: JGEEBILS/JAM/NBHM scholarship. Students will be selected based on interviews.
Ph.D.	Eligibility: Candidates with minimum 55% marks in aggregate or CGPA 6.0 in the master's degree in Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/Biology or ME/M.Tech or any equivalent degree.Candidates with BE/B. Tech degree with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 on a 10-point scale can also apply. Post Doctoral Research Fellowship -IISER Tirupati has an active Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship (PDRF) Program to enable highly motivated young researchers to research the frontier areas of Science and Technology.
