XLRI, the Jamshedpur-headquartered business school, extended its reach into Haryana's Jhajjar district in 2017 by setting up this thirty six acre satellite campus, now known as XLRI-NCR. At present, a single full time programme runs on this campus: the Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDM-BM), for which candidates pay Rs. 11.80 lakhs per year.

Future expansion is already planned. A PGDM in Human Resource Management, an Executive General Management Programme (PGDM-GMP), a Fellow Programme in Management (FPM), and various corporate and certificate courses are set to roll out in stages. For PGDM-BM itself, a three year bachelor's degree in any discipline is the minimum qualifying criterion. Candidates get shortlisted using XAT or GMAT scores, and this is followed by group discussions and interviews; the campus also factors in prior academic performance, work experience, and extracurricular record before finalizing admission. Since the campus has no independent application form of its own, applying through the national entrance exam is the only way to seek a seat here.
