The admissions are based on the entrance exam conducted by the State Entrance Examination, Uttar Pradesh, also referred to as UPSEE-2021.The applicants should have passed their 10+2 level examination in the subjects Physics and Mathematics along with anyone of Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science or Bio-Technology .

Diploma students with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks from institutions recognised by U. P. Board of Technical Education in any branch of Engineering/Technology (except Agri. Engg.) can have a lateral entry to the second year of B.Tech after filling the relevant online application forms of UPSEE

Rajkiya Engineering College B.Tech Admission 2023

Rajkiya Engineering College offers B.Tech courses in 4 specialisations with an intake capacity of 60 seats per course. The applicant should have a minimum aggregate of 45% in their 10+2 level examination. For SC/ ST candidates, the minimum aggregate is 40% to be eligible for B.Tech Admission.

Lateral Entry students who have completed 3 years of Engineering Diploma should have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from institutions recognised by U. P. Board of Technical Education in any branch of Engineering/Technology (except Agri. Engg.).

How to Apply Rajkiya Engineering College?

The students who are aspiring to take admission in this college have to take the UPSEE conducted on May 10, 2021. Register here for the exam. The result is followed by the counselling of students for seat allocation.

To apply for the college after the seat allocation, the selected students are required to download the Registration form available on the college website.
Though the Registration form is available online, the registration is done in person.
Applicants should also download the Checklist for New Student Registration to ensure that they have all the relevant documents during the registration process. Download the Check list here.

Click on the student corner that is available on the left side of the page.
Download “Registration Form for New Admissions”.
The Institute fee, Hostel fee and Mess Fee (if applicable) has to be paid online through SBI Collect Mode with the link available in the college website under “Fee Structure” and generate the fee slips.
Fill the Registration form and attach all the relevant documents (affidavit, certificates, fee slips).
Get the documents verified by the Faculty Advisors and get their Signature on the Registration Form.

Hostel allotment form has to be filled out for students opting for hostel facilities. The students have to get the signature and seal of the Warden (Boys/Girls Hostel) on the form.

Remarks:

During my Counseling,I was getting REC Sonbhadra and REC Kannauj. I chose REC kannauj because it has got experienced Faculty from IIT and NIT. Also, the infrastructure abd other facilities were the reason why i opted for this college. Initially the admissions were done by the marks obtained in UPSEE Examinations. But now, JEE Mains ranks are considered. You can easily get admission in this college even if your rank is 1,00,000+ in JEE Mains through JOSAA counseling. The admission process is in offline mode only. So, you'll have to visit the campus to get the registration done for the admission.
