Application Process of B.E and M.E Courses
For filling the application form, one need to follow below-mentioned steps
- Students are required to visit a designated bank to acquire a 14 figure PIN.
- The PIN and the booklet costs INR 350/- for B.E course and INR 500/- for M.E course. Every course that the student is applying for needs a different PIN.
- Now visit the official website of ACPC to register online using the PIN.
- After registration, proceed to fill the form with essential details such as personal, educational and communication details.
- Also, upload the latest HSC mark sheet and GUJCET scorecard in the form.
- After filling the form submit it along with the required amount of application fee.
- The students should ensure that they do not lose the PIN till the admission process is complete.
Application Process of M.Sc Course
- Firstly, candidates need to purchase the PIN from the office of Universities School of Sciences.
- After purchasing, go to the official website of Gujarat University.
- Now register by providing PIN and other details.
- The successfully registered candidates need to fill the application form with all the necessary details.
- Also, they need to upload documents in the form.
- Lastly, submit the duly filled application form along with the requisite application fee.
Application Process of Diploma and PG Diploma Courses
- Go to the official website of CIPET JEE i.e https://eadmission.cipet.gov.in/.
- Register by providing details such as name, email address, mobile number, etc.
- Upon successful registration, login to fill the application form with correct details.
- Also select the course you want to study and upload necessary documents.
- When the form is filled, proceed to make an application fee payment either through online or offline mode.
- For online payment, click on “Proceed to Pay Online”. Select the payment gateway and click on “Pay Now”. The student can pay through Credit/Debit cards or Net Banking.
- For offline payment, application fee has to be paid through challan. After depositing the application fee, click on “Challan/Receipt” and enter the /Challan/Receipt number.
- After payment submit the form and take a printout of the same for future reference.
Documents Required
Candidates need to produce following documents at the time of admission:
- Class 10th and 12th marksheets and passing certificate
- Graduation marksheets and degree certificate (for M.E course)
- Scorecard of entrance exam taken
- Category Certificate, if applicable
- Migration Certification
- Transfer Certificate
