Candidates seeking admission can apply through online mode by visiting the official website of the college. Following are the steps to apply:

1. Visit the official website of the JMIETI.
2. Candidate should have to register themselves on the JMIETI.
3. After that login with credentials and click on the ‘Apply online’ link under the ‘Admission’ section on the homepage
4. Candidate has to fill the admission form with correct details
5. Finally submit the form and take a print out for the same for future reference.

Form B.Tech- The following documents are compulsory at the time of admission:

1. JEE Admit Card (For B.Tech Admission).
2. JEE Rank Card (For B.Tech Admission).
3. 10th and 12th Mark sheet & Certificate.
4. Ration Card photocopy.
5. Character Certificate.
6. Migration Certificate from School/college last attended.
7. Proof of Gap Year (If Any).
8. Medical Fitness Certificate (On the spot in the Institute).
9. Counter Foil/Receipt of Rs. 500/- (Of Registration).
10. Caste certificate issued by Tehsildar. (For SC Students).
11. Income certificate issued by Tehsildar/Executive Magistrate. (For SC Students).
12. Residence certificate issued by Tehsildar. (For SC Students).
13. Aadhaar Card (For SC Students).
14. Photocopy of Bank Passbook.
15. Eight colored passports sized photographs.

For B.Tech (Lateral Entry) - The following documents are compulsory at the time of admission:
