Institute of Insurance and Risk Management (IIRM) offers a 2 years duration Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). The application form can be filled online or offline on payment of INR 500 as application fee. The minimum eligibility for PGDM is candidates should pass in the Graduation degree from a recognized university. PGDM admission is based on the performance in CAT/MAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/ATMA entrance exam score card. The final selection in the Postgraduate Diploma in Management is based on the performance in Personal Interview.

IIRM Hyderabad PGDM Admission 2023

IIRM, Hyderabad offers a 2 year duration flagship course PGDM under various specializations namely: International Marketing, Finance, Financial Services & Banking, Data Science & Analytics, Insurance, Human Resource Management, Risk Management, and Actuarial Science. Candidates who have a bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% aggregate marks are eligible to apply.

IIRM Hyderabad PGDM Eligibility

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks in any discipline from a recognized university.
Candidates must also have a valid score in any of these entrance exams CAT/MAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/ATMA.
Candidates who have passed AMIE or equivalent examinations can also apply.
Final year candidates are eligible too.

IIRM Hyderabad PGDM Selection Criteria

At first, the Institute of Insurance and Risk Management (IIRM) considers the score of the CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT/ATMA exam for shortlisting candidates.
After shortlisting, the institute will call the screened students for a Personal Interview.
Thus, the final selection depends upon the entrance exam score and performance in PI round.

Pay the application fee of INR 500/- through net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card or PayUMoney Gateway.
Lastly, submit the application form

Offline Application

Visit the official website of IIRM Hyderabad.
Place the cursor on the “Courses” tab and select the desired course.
Now under the “Application Forms” link available on the left-side of the page, click on the course you want to apply for.
Take a printout of the form and fill all the requested details.
Also, write the answer of “How do you come to know about IIRM”.
Affix your photograph.
Send the completed application form along with cash or Demand Draft of INR 500/- on the given address.

SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd awards an annual Merit Prize of INR 1,00,000/- to the student who scores over all highest marks in the Institute’s PGDI/PGDRM exams. A gold medal will also be awarded to the winner
CII, London, offers a scholarship of £ 1000 to the student qualifying first as an Associate in the batch within one year of completing the course

Ans. Check the complete admission process of IPGD for foreign nationals in the following points:

Firstly, candidates need to apply by filling an application form after which the institute will send the reading material by air-mail to them.
Secondly, students have to submit the Assignments sent by the institute within the prescribed time. Only those who submit the Assignments are allowed to appear in the exam.
The classes will be only for India based candidates.
For admission to a distance course, students should pass all subjects and obtain Diploma within a period of two years, counting from the year of their enrolment, after which the admission gets automatically lapsed.

In terms of placements and faculty, the institute is highly reputed. The courses offered here are Nationally and Internationally accredited from professional bodies like AICTE, CII(London), Insurance Regulatory Development Authority of India(IRDAI).
