Tolani College of Commerce was established in 1989 by the Tolani Education Society. TCC is affiliated to University of Mumbai and Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. At undergraduate level Tolani College of Commerce offers B.Com in Accounting and Finance, Banking and Insurance, and Financial Markets, BMS, B.Sc. Information Technology programs with provision of lateral entry admission. In take capacity for B.Com is 480 seats, for BMS and B.Sc is 60 seats each.

TCC offers postgraduate M.Com course in Advanced Accounting and Business Management. Students who have completed their Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or an equivalent degree are eligible to apply for this M.Com course.
