Tolani College of Commerce was set up in the year 1989 by the Tolani Education Society at Andheri East, Mumbai. It is affiliated to the University of Mumbai. The college has been re-accredited with ‘A’ grade by NAAC. Presently, TCC Mumbai is running Junior level certificate courses, Undergraduate courses like B.Com, BMS, B.Sc. (IT) & Postgraduate course like M.Com. The application forms for admission are accepted both online and offline.

Tolani College of Commerce offers excellent infrastructural facilities like the following:
- Classrooms & Project Room: Spread over four floors, there are twenty-six classrooms in the college building, all of which are connected by LAN. For discussion and preparation purposes, students can avail of the facility of the project room.
- Library & Reading Hall: The grand library consists of more than 20,000 books, both text, and non-text. Apart from this, various journals, newspapers, and magazines are also available in the library. It has a big reading hall as well as an attached research room, equipped with all the necessary facilities. A reprographic facility is also available here.
- Computer Laboratories & Network Resource Centre: The college consists of four computer laboratories, two of which are designed with standalone systems and the rest with client-based systems. One of the labs has been built as per the scheme of UGC’s Network Resource Centre.
- Audio-Visual Room: The audio-visual room is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate as many as 100 people. The room is equipped with all the modern-day tools and technologies.
- Common Rooms: Two separate common rooms for boys and girls have also been established inside the college premise.
- Canteen: The airy and pleasant canteen on the ground floor of the college provides hygienic and good-quality food.
- Auditorium: Known as ‘Prabhu Manch’, the auditorium is also fully air-conditioned and has a seating capacity of 220 people.
- Gymnasium: For the betterment of the physical health of students, a gymnasium has been built with all the necessary equipment.
