SM Shetty College of Science Commerce & Management Studies, Mumbai was established in 2008 and is running under the Bunts Sangha Mumbai, a Charitable Trust. The college is affiliated to University of Mumbai. It is recognized as a Minority Institution. The College offers Bachelor and Master degrees in Commerce and Science. The college conducts so many Co-curricular activities like NSS, NCC, Sports and Painting competition for the academic, social and moral development of students.

The mission of the college is personality development for nation building by providing healthy environment and facilities to the students to discover and develop their potential. The main focus areas of the college is growth of student in terms of personality development, increase in  Communication and Presentation skills and providing a unique learning systems to the students.
