Aspirants seeking admission to 3 years B. Tech (Lateral) Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:

Students with Diploma are also eligible to take admission as per directives of the Department of Higher Education Govt. of West Bengal, provided vacancies are available after considering WBJEE and AIEEE candidates. Entrance Exam:

Candidates must qualify: JELET(Joint Entrance Examination for Lateral Entry)

Reservation:

20% seats are reserved for admission to second-year B.Tech Courses through Entrance Test for Lateral Entry (JELET), for diploma holders in Engineering.
