Ques
How is an MBA degree from Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune?

● Top Answer By Shemall Soni on 20 Apr 21

Ans
Bhartiya Vidyapeeth is definitely a good college but it is known for its engineering and law degrees and not really for an MBA. So, if you are looking to study for an MBA in Pune, you should research other colleges. Some of the better colleges here are MITSOM, Balaji, SIBM, SCMHRD as well as PUMBA. However, if you are keen on going to Bhartiya Vidyapeeth only, the faculty is not that bad and the infrastructure is good too. You can enjoy different facilities with well-experienced faculty members that will ensure quality education.  Categories MBA at Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune Course Fee 4.50 lakh Placement Percentage 75% Highest CTC 8-10 LPA Average CTC 3-4 LPA Recruiting Companies Nestle, Wipro, Byju’s, Capgemini, etc. In order to qualify for eligibility, you will need to have a bachelor’s or master’s degree from any discipline with at least 50% marks from a recognized university. Overall, you should go to Bhartiya Vidyapeeth only if it is your final option. Otherwise, there are definitely better and more specialized MBA colleges you can apply to.

Ques
Is imed pune is a good b school?

● Top Answer By Sridhar Pandey on 21 Apr 21

Ans
My cousin brother studies at the IMED Pune institute. It is an above-average place of study and the measurement criteria which is the CAT score is not required there for admission. Hence, only ranking remains as a parameter of quality. IMED Pune has a rank of #63 on the NIRF ranking scale for the year 2020. Here are some other parameters for a better judgement- Placements- For the year 2017, 2018, and 2019 over 250 students were placed each year on an average package of INR 17-29 LPA. In 2020, 239 students were placed with the highest international package of INR 54 LPA and the highest domestic package of INR 18 LPA. The average salary this year is INR 7.5 LPA. Education- the classes rely mostly on the expertise of guest lecturers which is almost below average. Many students have registered complaints regarding that as well. Infrastructure- The campus is a lush green space with spacious classes and other basic amenities for sports, dining, and studying. The library is good but only contains course-related material and has only a single book issue facility. The students are bright, hence competition is tough and expecting a complaint to be resolved soon is a bit difficult.  However, this college is good if you do not wish to struggle through the CAT or MAT exams for Admission into the MBA program.

Ques
How are the placements at IMED Pune for an MBA?

● Top Answer By Sarat Mahata on 21 Apr 21

Ans
My sister studied at IMED Pune in the 2017 batch and it was a good institute for MBA. She got placed with Amazon in the final year at a package of INR 12 LPA. In 2019, the college saw a 100% placement rate with the highest domestic package of INR 16 LPA and an average package of INR 7 LPA. More than 150 companies participate in the placement process at IMED Pune each year. It has one of the best placement rates for MBA in Pune when compared to other MBA institutions. In 2020, the average package offered was INR 6 LPA, and the highest package given was INR 12 LPA.  They offer excellent CRC support as well, which turns out to be very beneficial in preparing students for the corporate world. You'll be taught valuable lessons like financial modeling, and honing your aptitude, and grooming skills especially for the corporate world. Here's a table also for your consideration- Parameters IMED Pune 2019 placements Placement Rate 100% Average Salary INR 7 LPA Highest Salary (International) INR 54.08 LPA Highest Salary (domestic) INR 16.10 LPA Total Participation of Companies 150 As you may see, the placement rate has been 100% almost every year and in 2020, 239 students were placed with a .5 increase in the average package offered. The highest domestic package also saw an increase from INR 16.10 LPA to INR 18.10 LPA. However, the participation of companies was the same.

Bharati Vidyapeeth’s Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development offers MBA to applicants, however, it does not require students to take the CAT entrance examination in order to be eligible for the program, which could be a point of concern. While the institute does have a large lush green campus, a plus to attract a lot of students, here are some of the other points one could consider before applying for the MBA program offered here: Rankings: The institute ranks 11th in the top 50 B-Schools in India according to Chronicles of Career and Education. It stands at the 37th rank among the top 15 private MBA institutes in India according to Outlook Icare India MBA ranking. Eligibility: The institute offers MBAs in Event Management, General MBA, International Business as well as Hospitality Management. It charges a fee of INR 2.25 lakhs for the first year. Eligibility for all of these courses is a graduate with 50% or more in any field. SC and ST applicants may have a capping grade at 45%. Students are also required to submit BMAT scores as well as GDPI conducted by the university. Placements: IMED has a placement cell known as the Corporate Resource Centre responsible for offering job opportunities for students. About 150+ companies visit the university every year and it has an incredible record of 100% placements. Some of the top recruiters include ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra, Oracle, Amazon, Reliance Industries Ltd, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra. The average salary of most students clocks in at INR 7.5 lakhs per annum with the highest international package offered at INR 54.08 lakhs per annum. The highest domestic package is capped at INR 18 per annum. Facilities and Faculty: The college offers a library housing more than 64000 books as well as a computer center, hostel, and sports facilities like gyms. The faculty is highly experienced and educated with 90% of the members holding a Ph.D. with research publications in national and international journals.
