Ques
How is the PGDM program at PIBM? How are the placements?

● Top Answer By Pooja Das on 22 Jun 21

Ans
One of my seniors from school recently graduated from PIBM. Here is his insight on the institute. The PGDM course curriculum at PIBM has been designed as per the industry standards. Various types of training sessions like Certifications like SAP, SIX SIGMA, and MS Certification; Mentorship Programs; Employability Development Courses by EEP and NSDC, and more are conducted. Apart from Marketing, Finance, and HR the other specializations offered by the institute are Applied Business Analytics, Strategic Digital Marketing, IT & ITES, and Operations. The placement has been good even in the midst of Covid-pandemic. Most of the students have been placed in Deloitte, e-Clex, Cians, Dabur, Xanadu Realty, Reckitt Benckiser, TIAA, CITCO, DRE Homes, etc. The highest CTC was INR 15-17 LPA and the average CTC is around INR 6.5-7 LPA. To begin with, talking about Indian Academy of Empowerment and Education (IAEER), is an institute established by a team of excellent business leaders. Academics: PIBM is approved by the AICTE and affiliated with SSPU (Pune University) as one of the top Management Institutes in India. Ques
Which college has the best placements for PGDM students among the three, BIMM, Pune, PIBM, Pune, or ISB & M, Nande, Pune?

● Top Answer By Ankit Maheta on 24 Jun 21

Ans
BIMM, Pune is the best choice among all these colleges. BIMM Pune: The college focuses not only on making your corporate world ready but also on imparting lifetime know-how on how to survive and have a progressive corporate life along with a disciplined personal life. A strong, competitive environment is maintained in the college by Dr. Balasubramanium, who is himself an ex-army officer. The academic curriculum of the college is excellent and pressure-packed. In the duration of two years, there is not a single holiday given to the students. The total number of seats in the college is approx. 900. So, if you have good academic records and good communication skills, you will learn a lot under army discipline and apparently, get placed with a good package. But, if you are average, ISB & M, Pune will be a better college for you. ISB&M: The methodology of management education is different at ISB & M, Pune. Ex- Placement Director of XLRI, Jamshedpur, and former Director of SIBM, Pune, Dr. Promod Kumar is the Chairman of ISB & M, Pune. He has a thorough knowledge of how the corporate world works. A pseudo corporate environment is created in the college campus and everything is taught about the practical corporate culture, from survival to growth along with certain other factors. This technique can be called applied corporate culture. ISB & M, Pune’s applied corporate culture is great but not meant for everybody. The second position would be apt for the academics of this college. The student intake is only 300. If you are someone who is preparing for MAT, I would suggest you only prepare for these two colleges of Pune because the methods of teaching at these institutions is at par with the demand of the corporate culture, and also, these institutions keep a scope of adapting to changes as time and again.
