The Imperial College of Business Studies (ICBS), Bangalore was established in 2007. It is a self-financed institute. The institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), University Grants Commission (UGC) & Recognized by Government of Karnataka and affiliated to Bangalore University.
