BIMTECH Admission Process involves 4 stages. In the first stage, Candidates are required to register on the website. For the second stage, Candidates are shortlisted and called for a Personal Interview (PI) and Document Verification based on their profile. In the third stage, BIMTECH releases another interview shortlist based on the best percentiles in exams like CAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT & MAT, and in the final stage BIMTECH released the final merit list based on the Candidate’s Overall Performance in Entrance Exam Scores, PI, Past Academic Performance and Work Experience.

BIMTECH Admission Process 2023
The admission process for the BIMTECH involves 3 stages. The steps in the selection process are as follows:
Step 1 - Application
The application form is common for all PGDM courses. Candidates seeking admission for PGDM Programs at BIMTECH need to apply online through the official website www.bimtech.ac.in. The form can be filled out online by paying Rs. 2000/- through Credit or Debit Card.
Step 2 - Selection Process, Call for Personal Interview and Document Verification
The next step is shortlisting the applicants for Personal Interview (PI) based on the overall scores of CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT percentile. To avoid possible overlapping of the admission process with other B-Schools and to facilitate the early admission offer, BIMTECH schedules PI in two stages.
BIMTECH conducts an early-stage selection process after the third week of December 2022. The said process provides a candidate with an opportunity to appear for the process conveniently. The 2nd round of the selection process is done post declaration of CAT/XAT results in the 2nd week of February 2023. The 2nd round of PI is held for those candidates who get a minimum prescribed cut-off percentile.
Document Verification: Candidates should submit a self attested photocopy of the following documents
- Mark List of Class 10th.
- Mark List of Class 12th.
- Mark List of Graduation (All years / Semesters).
- Score card of CAT/GMAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT whichever applicable.
- Work Experience certificate (if applicable) from a registered company having turnover of Rs. 50 Crores or more in the preceding financial year i.e. 2022-23. The work experience should be in an executive or supervisory role for a minimum period of one year.

BIMTECH PGDM Admission 2023
BIMTECH offers a 2-year fully residential PGDM, PGDM in International Business (IB), PGDM in Insurance Business Management (IBM) and PGDM in Retail Management (RM) program. The total fee of the program is INR 13 Lakhs for PGDM and PGDM (IB). For PGDM (IBM) and PGDM (RM) the program fee is INR 12 Lakhs.
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates who have a Bachelor’s Degree with a Minimum of 50% marks (10+2+3 pattern) are eligible to apply for the programs.
Selection Criteria
Round 1: Unique Profile Based Selection for Early Applicants
Candidates applying for the PGDM 2023 program at BIMTECH will have the opportunity to be shortlisted early based on their profile for the PI in December 2022 if they apply by the last date for the first round. BIMTECH PGDM 2023-25 aspirants can get the chance of being shortlisted early based on their profile and participating in early PI sessions in December 2022, it may be possible to secure their seat at BIMTECH Greater Noida even before their MBA entrance exam results are released. However the final merit will still have the same weightage of 35% for entrance exams.
Candidates in the Early Round will be shortlisted based on their academic consistency and past performance, and/or relevant work experience (if any) that contributes to classroom learning. In the third week of December, the candidates will go through the PI round.
Round 2:
- Candidates are selected for the programs based on their Entrance Exam Score (CAT or XAT or CMAT or GMAT or MAT) followed by Personal Interview.
- Applicants may submit more than one entrance test score. BIMTECH will consider the best test score for shortlisting.
BIMTECH PGDM Weightage for Final Selection
BIMTECH gives 35% weightage to the percentiles obtained in various exams like CAT, CMAT, XAT, GMAT and MAT. BIMTECH FPM & EFPM Admission 2023
BIMTECH offers Doctoral Level Programs, Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) and Executive Fellow Programme in Management (EFPM). The course duration is 18 Months. The Maximum Age limit is 50 Years for EFPM Candidates and 45 Years for FPM Candidates. Classes during Course Work are held on Weekends only.
The scholarship for FPM students is INR 35,000 for 1st Year. INR 37,500 for the 2nd Year and INR 40,000 for the 3rd & 4th Year.
BIMTECH FPM & EFPM Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have a Master’s Degree or Equivalent in Engineering and Technology / Management / Economics / Social Science / Commerce / Humanities with a Minimum of 60% Marks recognized by AICTE / AIU with a Bachelor’s Degree.

BIMTECH admission is based on acceptable entrance exams which are CAT, XAT, CMAT, and GMAT for its flagship PGDM. The cutoff for the course is as follows:- CAT/XAT/GMAT- 75 Percentile, CMAT-95 Percentile. All the details related to the course i.e. application form, application fees, and application dates is available on BIMTECH's official website. The application fee is INR 2000/-. BIMTECH admission process is very sorted, and transparent and does not require any improvement.

MBA is a post-graduation management degree that focuses on building the leadership and managerial skills of a student. Applicant should have a minimum bachelor's degree in any specialization with a minimum of 50 percent. And can even appear for exams (CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT) accepted by that college, if he/she is in the last year of their graduation. One can get an application from the official website of the College. For Cutoff, students can visit to take reference of the previous year's cutoff. All other details like reservation benefits and eligibility will be mentioned in the college form only. For Evry college, you have to pay individual college forms with their amount. I don't think any improvement is needed. Since many students are from middle-class backgrounds, colleges should give choices to students from where they want to give their personal Interviews. They cannot visit so many places and not convenient also.

The process of admission was very easy, first I filled out the application form and gave the CMAT exam and after the result of cmat exam I uploaded my percentile and then I got a call from the college. They scheduled my PI and I gave PI then after a few days got the offer letter. The cut-off was 90 percentile to get a call.

50% per cent above in graduation and a cat score above 70 percentile I went to their website and there was a link that took me to the application form, the application form was around 2000 rupees and the application was open for about 1 month so basically, they were reopening around every exam be it cat, cmat, xat. I got here through the cat percentile so there is no information The process was smooth but I think the charges of the application form need to be less.

I took admitted to Bimtech on the basis of the CAT Percentile, and the cut-off for my batch was 75 Percentile, I think that the college should increase the cut-off as this will invite more creme crowd to the institute. I like that college provides a scholarship of 2 lahks for students having more than 85 percentile in CAT. the application process is easy as it is through the Bimtech website only, and all information regarding the application is there on the website itself.
