At the UG level the institute offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) under different specializations. The duration of B.Tech programme is four years whereas the duration of B.Sc is three years. The institute also accepts a Lateral entry in second year holding a duration of three years.

Roorkee Institute of Technology (RIT) M.Tech Admission 2023

At the postgraduate level the institute provides Master of Technology (M.Tech) programme in the area of Technology. The programme takes a two years to fulfil the duration period. Candidates already having a B.Tech degree or have appeared in the B.Tech final examination from any recognized University in the relevant field are considered capable to apply for M.Tech.

Roorkee Institute of Technology (RIT) MBA and MCA Admission 2023

The institute caters two other courses viz, Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Application (MCA) along with M.Tech in PG level. The institute also accepts MCA lateral entry for their indeed candidates.

Duration of MCA is three years while MCA Lateral Entry and MBA programmes are of two years. Seat availability of the seats of both of the programmes is 60.

Admission in MBA is accorded on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in BBA/ B.Sc/ B.Com exam, as per norms.
The institute runs the admission of MBA as per the marks secured by the candidates in BCA/ B.Sc/ B.Com, following the rules of the institute.
