College of Engineering, (COER Roorkee) was established by Seth Roshan Lal Jain Trust is the year 1998. The college offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses, namely, B.Tech. in eight different specializations and M.Tech. in two different specializations. There are 810 seats and 36 seats in B.Tech. and M.Tech., respectively.

The college campus provides a pool of resources. The campus is spread over a wide area of 75 acres in lush green surroundings accommodating spacious classrooms, laboratories, computer centre and other infrastructural facilities. The college has sound infrastructure at par with any of the leading institutions.

Library: The library is fully airconditioned and is spread over an area of about 2455 sqm which also consists of stack room and reading room. It has a rich collection of latest books, national and international journals including more than 1500 online journals through IEEE, ASME, Science Direct, and more. Students get access to e-library for online access to e-books and other related material. The library also has an audio-visual section with TV along with more than 1800 CDs and DVDs.
Infrastructure: College has state-of-art lecture rooms with audio and visual aids like whiteboards, microphones, collar mikes and more.
