• Students should have offered subjects in 10+2 level are: Physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one subject out of chemistry / Technical vocational subject.
• Students have to secure a minimum of 60 percent marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics to be eligible to take admission in the B.Tech program. 
• Apart from that, the candidate should be able to clear a written exam followed by a personal interview to be selected for the program.
