Ranganathan Engineering College Admissions

Admissions at REC Coimbatore are entrance based. Applicants who wish to apply for the Undergraduate courses must have a 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with minimum 50% aggregate marks. Applicants applying for Postgraduate courses are eligible only if they hold a Graduation Degree in relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST candidates).

For B.E. and B.Tech course, applicants must have a TNEA scorecard.
For the ME and MBA course, the TANCET score card is mandatory.

Ranganathan Engineering College Scholarships

REC Coimbatore scholarships are the best part of the College. There are many scholarships for students who excel in their studies with a good score.

For First-year students who have just entered the campus. The scholarship is given on the basis of 10+2 marks cut off.
For Second-year students who have scored a good mark in the first year exams.
