Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board. Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are compulsory subjects in the qualifying examination with a minimum of 50% marks (General category), 45% marks (OBC category) and 40% marks (SC, ST, SCA, MBC, DNC category) in these three.

Admission to B.E program offered by REC will be conducted on the basis of TNEA counselling.

- Candidates need to apply for the course online by registering themselves within the stipulated time period.
- After successful registration, candidates need to login and fill the personal details that are asked in the application form. Similarly, fill the academic details in the application form.
- After filling the application form online, candidates must take a printout of the filled application form.
- The university publishes a merit/rank list after studying all the application forms.
- Selected candidates are called for counselling by the university. They need to download their counselling call letter from the official website for TNEA 2023.
- Candidates are offered admission to the specialization of their interest based on the online counselling.
- The selected candidates are required to submit the documents (with originals) for documents verification.
- The acceptance of the student is granted after ensuring the validity of the submitted documents.
- Selected candidates are then required to pay the college fees in the stipulated time. In case of failure to do so the admission will be revoked.
