B.Tech Eligibility
Admissions to the B.Tech Program are made along with the other Engineering colleges in the state through a common entrance test (EAMCET) conducted by the Govt. of Telangana State.
The minimum qualification for admission to first year of the B. Tech course is a pass in the Intermediate (10 + 2) conducted by the board of Intermediate education, Govt. of Telangana State or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects.
- 70% of the seats are allotted based on the merit in the EAMCET.
- 30% of the seats are earmarked for Management/NRI candidates.
- In addition to the above, Diploma holders are admitted in second year of B. Tech to the extent of 20% of intake based on the merit in the ECET, under lateral entry scheme.
B.Tech Admission Process

EAMCET Requirements
Students willing to appear for the Engineering exam have to pay a fee of INR 500, while SC/ST have to pay only INR 250. The following is a gist of the application and how to go about it:
- TSCHE releases the application form at www.eamcet.tsche.ac.in.
- There are 3 main steps involved in completing the TS EAMCET Application Form.
- The students must ensure that they fill the application and keep a print out of the payment receipt.
- Students are required to fill in their personal details and upload their recent photograph along with the signature.
The 70% of the seats are reserved for those who qualify EAMCET, while only 30% are reserved for the management quota.
