KMEA Engineering College, Ernakulam was established in the year 2002 by Kerala Muslim Educational Association. College leaves no stone unturned for overall development of students. College offers 6 undergraduate and 4 post graduate courses in engineering and technology. College is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University and is approved by AICTE, New Delhi.

Electronics Technology Incubation Center: This is developed inorder to promote new ventures /startups in areas of micro system and embedded systems. It is the first of its kind started jointly by college, District industries and Govt. of Kerala.
