At the undergraduate level, Chaitanya Engineering College offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree program to the candidates who are aspiring to pursue their career in the field of Engineering. The B.Tech course is offered under various specializations with the course duration of four years consisting of eight semesters. The number of seats allocated for all the B.Tech specializations is 858.
To be considered eligible for the B.Tech program, candidates need to pass 10+2 level or equivalent examination from a recognized university with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects and secure at least 50% marks.
Candidates seeking admission in the B.Tech program will have to appear in Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test, commonly called as AP EAMCET, which is an entrance examination required for admission to the engineering and medical colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

- 80% seats are filled through the State Common Entrance Test AP EAMCET.
- 15% seats are reserved for NRI quota, which is filled by either minimum 60% marks in intermediate examination or EAMCET rank.
