The College provides separate hostel for boys and girls
Good quality furnished accommodation by way of 312 seats is available in boys hostel
Good quality furnished accommodation by way of 48 rooms on shared basis doubled and three rooms with clean and hygienic dining facilities are available for girls students of the campus

BIET has a scholarship program aimed at helping students and aiding them by providing financial support. The scholarships are provided to meritorious and deserving students who meet the criteria. Scholarships offered at BIET are as follows:

Scholarship For Young Techno: 45 Seats
Scholarship By Social & Welfare Department, Minority Department, Govt. Of Rajasthan For SC/ ST/ OBC - BPL/SBC/ Minority
Scholarship For Economically Weaker Class (EWC): INR 15,000 per annum (30 Seats)
Jai Jawan Jai Kisan Scholarship Scheme: INR 15,000 per annum (30 Seats)
Ladali Bitiya Scholarship Scheme: INR 35,000 per annum + semester books and uniform (30 Seats)
