NEET UG 2024 will be held on May 5, 2024, for admission to MBBS at Deccan College of Medical Sciences. NEET PG 2024 will be held on March 3, 2024, for admission to MD/ MS at Deccan College of Medical Sciences.

Deccan College of Medical Sciences was established in the year 1984 under the aegis of Medical Council of India (MCI). The college is affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada. It offers MBBS program under its Pre and Para Clinical departments with 21 specializations. The college has also proposed MD, MS and PG Diploma courses in 5, 14, and 9 specializations respectively.

Candidates who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognized board are eligible for admission to MBBS course.
The candidates who hold an MBBS Degree or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate recognized by MCI or State Medical Council are considered eligible to apply for MD, MS and PG Diploma courses.
Admission to MBBS course is given on the basis of the candidates’ merit in National Eligibility CUM Entrance Test (NEET-UG) conducted by CBSE.
Selection of the candidates for admission to MS, MD and PG Diploma courses is done on the basis of their merit in NEET-PG.

Deccan College of Medical Sciences MBBS Admission 2023

Deccan College of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad offers Regular MBBS course under Pre and Para Clinical departments with 8 specializations and Clinical Department with 13 specializations.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology or any optional subject with English with at least 50% (for General category) or 45% (for General-PH category) and 40% (for SC/ ST/ OBC category) for admission.

Only Indian Nationals and Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) may apply for admission to MBBS course.
Candidates should be minimum 17 years of age as on December 31 of the admission year. They should not be more than 25 years of age (for General category) or 30 years of age for reserved categories.
NEET-UG is a National level examination conducted by CBSE to offer admission in MBBS program followed by online counselling.
Preference will be given to the Muslim candidates and local residents of Telangana during admission.

Deccan College of Medical Sciences PG & Super-specialty courses Admission 2023: MD, MS, DM, M.Ch & PG Diploma

The college offers MS in 5 specializations, MD in 14 specializations, PG Diploma in 9 specializations, and Super Specialty course in 4 specializations. Candidates who hold an MBBS Degree or have Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate are considered eligible for admission to any PG course. For the MD and MS programs, the candidates have to qualify in NEET-PG while to secure admission M.Ch and DM programs NEET-SS score is mandatory.

Candidates who belong to Telangana, Jammu & Kashmir and state of Andhra Pradesh are not eligible for All India Quota seats (50%).
