KLE College of Pharmacy, Hubli campus (KLECPH) is a constituent college of the KLE University (deemed-to-be), Belgaum. It was established in the year 1985 by the KLE Society. The college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, and the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs offered by the institute are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
The College currently offers two UG courses, viz. B. Pharm. and Pharm. D., a PG program (M. Pharm.) with 4 branches, and a Ph.D. program in 4 different pharmacy specializations, viz. Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, and Pharmachemistry. KLECPH was ranked #37 in the National Institutional Ranking Framework pharmacy ranking 2021.
- The application mode for all courses except Ph.D. is online. Ph.D. candidates can download the application form from the University website or collect the same in person from the University’s admission cell.
- Candidates belonging to SC/ ST categories are given 5% relaxation in the Minimum eligibility criteria of marks obtained in the qualifying exam.
- Candidate with a higher percentile of aggregate marks in the UG exam and the candidate with the higher age between the two will be given preference in case of a tie in the entrance exam marks during selection for M. Pharm.
- All candidates must necessarily appear for KLEU-AIET prior to the selection process. No other CET score is accepted by the Institute for admission purpose.
- Candidates seeking Lateral Entry to B. Pharm. must appear in the respective KLEU-AIET for admissions. Only management quota candidates are exempted from taking the entrance exam.
