State Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition (SIHMCTAN) known as IHM, Jodhpur is a premier hospitality institute, situated in the heart of Sun City in western Rajasthan. This institute was established as a Food Craft institute in 1996 and later on in 2001, it was upgraded to the institute of Hotel Management.
