Application Procedure:
- Candidate can download the prospectus along with the application form available at the official university website of MAFSU
- To apply online, candidates are required to visit the official website and go to the “Apply online” section. Upon filling-in all the required details and uploading documents, photograph and signature, candidate should click on “Submit” button
- While applying online, candidates have to submit application fee of INR. 600/- (INR. 300/- in case of SC/ST/OBC) online through Net Banking or Credit / Debit Card
- All category Candidates (including reserved & unreserved) from states other than Maharashtra have to pay application fee of INR. 600/-
Documents Required:
Candidates have to submit application form along with all the self attested following documents:
- Mark sheet /Grade card of qualifying examination
- School / College (Last attended) Leaving Certificate
- Bonafide Certificate in case of candidate admitted by ICAR quota
- Migration Certificate (if applicable)
- Domicile Certificate / Residential Certificate
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Caste Validity Certificate issued by the Competent Authority
- Landless Agricultural Labourer Certificate issued by the Tahsildar/Naib Tahsildar
- Certificate of ‘Project Affected Person’ issued by the District Resettlement Officer of Government of Maharashtra
- Migrant/Displaced students from Jammu and Kashmir State should submit Certificate from the Competent Authority
- Certificate of Handicapped issued by the Competent Authority (if applicable)

- The admission of the candidate to B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree course shall be made based on his/her merit in the NEET-UG or Competitive Entrance Examination (MHT CET-2020) conducted by Directorate Medical Education & Research, Mumbai and also on the merit list of NEET score.
- HSC or equivalent examination will be considered such as CBSE or Indian School Certificate Examination with English (NCERT norms) and physics, chemistry, and biology including practical tests in these subjects or recognized equivalent thereto by the Association of Indian Universities or by the appropriate authorities.
