Indian Institute of Horticulture is an institute headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka. Established in 1967, the institute is a subsidiary of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research.
The institute also won the Best Institute Award by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research. Also, the institute won the Sardar Patel Outstanding ICAR Institution Award.
IIHR offers a three-year full-time Ph.D. in Horticulture. Students with Post Graduation Degree in Plant Pathology can apply for admission to the course.
