CAEPHT Sikkim B.Tech Eligibility Criteria:

The student should have scored a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in the subjects of Physics, Maths and Chemistry in their 10+2 level examination.
The students belonging to the SC/ST category are required to have scored a minimum of 40% marks in aggregate in the subject of Physics, Maths and Chemistry in their 10+2 level examination.
The student should have passed English in their 10+2 level examination.
The student must be 17 years of age on the date of admission which is 31st July 2020.
The student must be a permanent resident of the NEH region, namely the states of Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya and Tripura.

Selection Criteria:

Admission to the course will be based on the performance in the Common Entrance Test conducted by either NER or ICAR.

One merit scholarship of 1000 rupees will be awarded in the college for each year of UG study.
A student should have secured 60% aggregate marks in the relevant subjects for scholarship in the first year.
For the subsequent years, the awardee has to maintain a CGPA of 7.75/10.00 to continue winning the scholarship
